Zinc futures decline on reduced participation

New Delhi: Zinc prices fell 0.31 per cent to Rs 285 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators reduced their exposure, tracking negative cues from the spot market. Zinc contracts for October delivery traded lower by 90 paise in 1,512 lots.

Aluminium futures dip on weak trend

Aluminium prices declined 35 paise to Rs 261.80 per kilogram in the futures trade as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market. Aluminium for delivery in October fell 0.13 per cent in 1,163 lots.

Copper futures slip on low bets

Copper futures fell Rs 4.70 to Rs 922.05 per kilogram as participants reduced their positions amid muted demand in the domestic market. Copper futures for the October contract eased 0.51 per cent in a turnover of 3,385 lots.
